CMCC 43501 陰溝腸桿菌
凍干菌種的復蘇培養：
1凍(dong)干管開封：用浸過75%酒精(jing)的脫脂棉擦凈凍(dong)干管，用火(huo)焰加熱(re)其頂端，滴少量(liang)無菌水至加熱(re)頂端使之破裂，用銼刀或鑷子敲下已破裂的凍(dong)干管頂端。
2菌種恢復培(pei)養：用無菌吸管(guan) 0.3-0.5毫升適宜到(dao)液體(ti)(ti)培(pei)養基(ji)，滴入凍(dong)干(gan)管(guan)內輕輕振蕩(dang)，使凍(dong)干(gan)菌體(ti)(ti)溶解呈懸浮(fu)狀，吸取全部菌體(ti)(ti)懸浮(fu)液，移植于1-2支建(jian)議的斜(xie)面培(pei)養基(ji)上(shang)，并(bing)在建(jian)議的溫(wen)度下培(pei)養。

1、微生物菌種應保藏于(yu)低溫、清潔和干燥的地方(fang)，室溫放置時間過長會導(dao)致(zhi)菌種衰退；
2、菌種操作應在無菌條件下(xia)進行，防止(zhi)雜菌污染；
3、斜面(mian)菌(jun)種(zhong)(zhong)保(bao)藏(zang)時間通常為3-6個(ge)月，應根據菌(jun)種(zhong)(zhong)狀況及時轉接；凍干菌(jun)種(zhong)(zhong)保(bao)藏(zang)時間通常為2-15年；
