注意事項
1、 微生物(wu)菌種(zhong)應保(bao)藏于低溫(wen)、清潔和(he)干燥的地(di)方，室溫(wen)放(fang)置時間過長會導(dao)致菌種(zhong)衰退；
2、 菌(jun)種操(cao)作應(ying)在無菌(jun)條件下進(jin)行(xing)，防止雜菌(jun)污染；
3、 斜面菌種保(bao)藏(zang)時(shi)(shi)間通(tong)常(chang)為3-6個月，應根據菌種狀況及(ji)時(shi)(shi)轉接；凍干菌種保(bao)藏(zang)時(shi)(shi)間通(tong)常(chang)為2-15年(nian)；
