1、培養基:營養肉(rou)汁瓊(qiong)脂
Pep (蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水)1000ml Adjust(調)pH to 7.0-7.2
溶(rong)壁(bi)微球菌
(注意):培養芽孢桿菌時加入5毫克MnSO4. H2O,則有利于產(chan)生芽(ya)孢。ton(蛋白胨(dong)) 5g Beef extract 3g
NaCl 5g Agar (瓊脂(zhi)) 20g
Distilled water
2、培養溫度: 30℃
3、培養(yang)時間: 24-48h
溶壁微球(qiu)菌
1、微生物菌種(zhong)應保(bao)藏于低(di)溫(wen)、清潔和干(gan)燥的(de)地方(fang),室溫(wen)放置時間過長會導(dao)致菌種(zhong)衰退;
2、菌種(zhong)操作應在無菌條(tiao)件下進行,防(fang)止(zhi)雜菌污染;
3、斜面菌種保(bao)藏時間(jian)通常為(wei)3-6個(ge)月(yue),應根據菌(jun)種狀況及時轉接;凍(dong)干菌(jun)種保藏時間通常為2-15年;
